How do I know if I'm owed compensation on Aerio sales?
You can see what compensation you've earned by downloading the compensation report via the reports page. In this report, you can see how much you've earned for each unit sold and if it's been paid out or not.
If you have earned compensation waiting to pay out, it will also appear on the Get Paid tab as shown below. If you've been paid all compensation owed, the "Request Payment Now" button will disappear.
You must provide business and banking details in order to receive your payment. For more information, see: How do I add my business and banking details?
How will I be paid for the sales placed through my Aerio store?
Profit from your Aerio sales are directly deposited into your bank account via Stripe. For more information see: How do I get paid for my Aerio sales?
Why do I see a payment as requested, that hasn’t been approved and deposited into my bank account?
Under the Payment history heading, you’ll see your payments listed followed by the date they were requested, and the date they were approved and deposited.
If you show a payment that has a request date, but does not show an approved date. This is usually means we tried to process a compensation payment, but all the required information to receive your compensation has not been provided.
