We do not currently send notifications about sales and compensation. We request that a user regularly log in to Aerio to see the sales activity on their account and to request compensation.
We appreciate the feedback we have received on users' preferences and are building in more automated notifications about account activity in 2018.

To request compensation for your Aerio sales:
The revenue from sales earned through Aerio is deposited directly into a user’s linked bank account. To add a bank account, please see: How to Set-Up a Bank Account
If a minimum of $10 has been earned, you can request payment at any time by:
- Logging into your Aerio Dashboard and clicking on the "Account Settings" drop-down from your Aerio store name, in the top right corner.
- Click on the "Get Paid" sub-tab to review your current earnings. If you have earned over $10, you can request your profits to be transferred into your bank account by clicking "Request Payment Of..." as shown below:
*Note, a minimum amount earned of $10.00 is required to request a transfer to your bank account. Currently you may only transfer your share to a U.S. bank account. Account details are always transferred and stored securely, and only with merchant processing bank and in compliance with US banking regulations.
