Why can't I find my book?

If your book is not showing up when searching the Aerio catalog, it could be because your book is not set-up for distribution through Ingram Book Company (IBC).

You can check this by logging into ipage and ensuring your title is available for retailers to sell. If the title is not available for retailers to sell, you can update and enable the title for distribution.

You'll also want to check that your title in ipage has stock on order. If your title does not have stock on order, please contact your IBC sales rep.

Another reason your book might not show up when searching the Aerio catalog, is because you are searching by too broad of a category (for example, searching by title, author or publisher).
