Sales reports and account activity

Within the Aerio dashboard, you will receive reporting on all orders placed, sales captured, compensation earned and emails captured through the platform as a retailer. 

This information can be viewed any time in the "Reports" tab.

Sales Report

The "Sales Report" is a line-by-line CSV report, providing a snapshot of all book sales captured through Aerio.

To download the "Sales Report" simply click on the blue button "Download Sales Report", and the report will download on your device, and include the following information: 

• ISBN of book purchased
• Book title
• Quantity sold
• POS Net (the price the book was sold for)
• Compensation Earned (the amount of margin or profit your earned)

Compensation Report

The "Compensation Report" is a line-by-line CSV report, providing a detailed summary of all compensation earned and collected through Aerio.

To download the "Compensation Report" simply click on the blue button "Download Compensation Report", and the report will download on your device, and include the following information: 

• Transaction Timestamp (Purchase date)
• ISBN of book purchased
• Quantity sold
• Compensation Earned (the amount of margin or profit your earned)
• Compensation Earned Date (the date the compensation is available in your account)
• Compensation Collected (whether or not that store commission has been "paid out" or collected by you)
• Compensation Collected Timestamp (the date and time commission was collected by you, and deposited into your linked bank account)

If you are also a publisher selling your content through Aerio, please read below. 

When a print book is sold through Aerio, it is a wholesale sale through Ingram Book Company. Here's how it works. Therefore, the publisher of a book sold through Aerio will earn a wholesale sale as well.

Ingram Book Company does not provide retail specific reports on all sales channels, so at this time you are not able to see Aerio sales through wholesale broken out in a wholesale report. (We are working to change this!) 

If you are a publisher distributed by Ingram Publisher Services you can see reports on Aerio sales through myIPS reporting. Please contact your client manager with this request.
