How do I invite an additional user to my organization?

You can invite additional users to join your organization to help manage your stores, ebooks and previews, or act as an organization admin.

Inviting Additional Users to Join Your Organization

User Permissions required: Admin Access

1. Sign in to your Aerio Dashboard and click on the menu to navigate to Organization
2. Click on “Manage Users”

1. Input the email address of the person you would like to invite to your organization and assign their permissions.
2. Click Send Invite. 
3. Instructions to accept and join will be sent via email to the person you are inviting to your organization.
4. You and the person you've invited will receive an email confirmation once they have been successfully added to your organization. 

You can also view active users in your organization or review any pending invitations to join your organization from the manage users screen.

Helpful Tip: While your organization may have many users, a user can only be assigned to one organization at a time.
