How do I tell when a change was made to my store or organization?  

You can review changes made in your organization and stores using the Action Audit report. The report lists updates by date and user and include:

• Organization and store settings updates
• Store creation or deletion
• Adding/removing items from your store inventory including pricing updates
• Promo codes creation, updates, or deletion

To pull the Action Audit Report,

• Log into your Aerio Dashboard and click on "Reports"
• Scroll down to the "Audit Action Report"
• Choose the date range, or you may leave it blank to select all activity.
• Click on the blue "Download Audit Report” the report will download and open on your device.
