What reports are available through Aerio?

Aerio provides reporting on all orders placed, sales captured, compensation earned and emails captured through the platform.

These reports live under the "Reports" tab, and are broken out as follows:

• Order Detail Report
  • A line-by-line CSV report, providing a detailed summary of all orders placed through Aerio.
• Sales Report
  • A line-by-line CSV report, providing a snapshot of all book sales captured through Aerio.
• Compensation Report
  • A line-by-line CSV report, providing a detailed summary of all compensation earned and collected through Aerio.
• Refunds Report
  •  A line-by-line CSV report will show any returns and refunds processed, helping you to easily reconcile sales and compensation.
• Consumer Activity: Email Capture Report**
  
  • A line-by-line CSV report, providing a detailed summary of all consumer emails captured through Aerio. 
• Discounts & Giveaways Report**
  
  • A line-by-line report summarizing current and scheduled discounts and giveaways scheduled.
• Promo Codes Report
  • A line-by-line report summarizing current and historical promo codes. 
• Action Audit Report
  • A line-by-line report tracking changes made to your organization settings and stores (including settings, inventory, and promo codes) by user.
• Consumer Activity: Preview Statistics Report**
  
  • A line-by-line CSV report, providing a detailed summary of traffic to your ebook previews. 
• Third-Party Retailer Click Report**
  • A line-by-line CSV report that shows any click to a third party retailer that was set up for an ebook.

**Portions of reports are only available with a subscription. 

To Download a Report

Click on "Reports" in the menu bar

Choose the date range, or you may leave it blank to select all activity. Click on the blue "Download" button, under each corresponding section. The report will download and open on your device.
