How do I retrieve emails collected through Aerio?

Aerio allows you to collect email addresses at 4 unique instances. For more information on how to collect emails, see: How to Collect Consumer Emails

To retrieve emails from your Aerio dashboard, please follow these steps:

• Log into your Aerio Dashboard and click on "Reports"
• Scroll down to the "Consumer Activity Report", which will provide a line-by-line CSV summary of all consumer emails captured through Aerio.
  • As a reminder, you have agreed to abide by the provisions of our privacy policy. Any other uses of the contact info collected, or any misuses, will result in termination of your Aerio account and forfeiture of any unpaid profit that might be otherwise payable to you.

• Click on the blue button "Download Consumer Activity Report" to download and open the CSV doc which includes:
  • The ISBN and Title of books viewed/purchased
  • The purchaser's email address
  • The date and time of the Email Capture 
  • The method of Email Capture
    • Through an eBook Giveaway
    • Through the download of the Preview
    • Through the opt-in at point-of-sale
    • Through the in-Preview pop-up
      • Will also provide the customized text used to capture the email, and the page # it was captured on
