To receive automatic payment of sales, you must fill out the "Get Paid" tab with:
- Biz/Rep details required by the Stripe Marketplace
- Bank account for direct deposit (steps below).
Adding/Updating Business Details
User Permissions required: Admin Access
- Click here to login
- Click on the menu button and choose Organization
- Click on "Get Paid"
- Scroll down to "Business & Representative Details"
If located outside of the United States: Click “Enable Non-US Payouts” and let us know where you are located before moving forward. For a list of the countries Aerio can make compensation payments to, click here.
If you need change your Business Details from another country to the United States, email aerio@ingramcontent.com to request the change and we will confirm once completed. - Click on "Add Account Details"

You will be taken to Stripe's secure site to enter the "Business & Representative Details" for your account. Stripe will ask for the required information based on your country’s money laundering regulations. Once you have submitted all the required information and it has been verified by Stripe, you will be taken back to the Get Paid screen in Aerio.
You can update or change your "Business & Representative Details" after your initial account set up at any time by clicking on "Add Account Details" again.
If you are missing any of the required information, Stripe will highlight those missing fields as shown below:

Once you have entered all Business and Representative Details in Stripe, you will need to add a bank account.
Adding a Bank Account
- Click here to login
- Click on the menu button and choose Organization
- Click on "Get Paid"
- Scroll down to "Linked Bank Account" and fill in the following fields:
- Business Type
- Bank Country (Non-US users)
- Account Nickname
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Routing Number
- Bank Account Number
- Click "Add/Update Bank Details". If the account information was added successfully, you will receive a green notification, advising it was added. You will also see the name of your bank account and last 4 digits of the account number saved on the screen.
Update/Change "Linked Bank Account"
If you need to update/change "Linked bank Account" after your initial account set up:
- Fill in the following fields:

- Business Type
- Bank Country (Non-US users)
- Account Nickname
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Routing Number
- Bank Account Number

- Click on "Add/Update Bank Details"
- Email aerio@ingramcontent.com to inform us of the bank account change and we will confirm the changes to the bank account.
