Reporting for Distribution Clients

You can pull line-by-line Sales Reports for sales and compensation earned through Aerio from your Aerio dashboard. For more information on where to find this, see: How does Aerio report sales?

Ingram Publisher Services Clients: 

As IPS Clients, your Aerio sales are fulfilled through your IPS Direct Fulfillment account and you earn full compensation for the transaction from Aerio. Because IPS charges you a Direct Fulfillment freight fee on every Aerio sale, Aerio remits back to you the freight we collect from consumers on every sale. Below is information on where to find relevant reports regarding your sales, compensation, and Direct Fulfillment activity fees. 

• IPS Sales and Compensation Reports & Shipping Reimbursement Report via Aerio: You will find your full sales and compensation earned through Aerio in the Aerio dashboard. This information is displayed at an aggregate level and a detailed report for line-by-line sales information can be downloaded in excel format. This detailed report also displays the shipping reimbursements remitted to you for every sale.
• IPS Sales Reports via IngramIQ: You can also find a breakdown of Direct Fulfillment sales through Aerio in IngramIQ under Sales & Returns Ad Hoc. Sort by the "SL Class of Trade" Aer.io. 
• IPS Statement on Freight via IngramIQ: Because IPS charges you a Direct Fulfillment freight fee on every Aerio sale, Aerio remits back to you the freight we collect from consumers on every sale. We don't want you paying for shipments to consumers! The only place you can see these DF activity fee charges on freight from IPS is via an FTP report.
