Aerio is pleased to share the following enhancements that went into production in May 2018:

Easily View & Manage Reports

Easily view and manage your Aerio success in our new “Reports” tab.

Download each report into a CSV template to see a detailed summary of activity, such as:

• Order Detail Report
  • A line-by-line CSV report, providing a detailed summary of all orders purchased through Aerio.
• Sales Report
  • A line-by-line CSV report, providing a snapshot of all book sales captured through Aerio.
• Compensation Report
  • A line-by-line CSV report, providing a detailed summary of all compensation earned and collected through Aerio.
• Consumer Activity Report
  • A line-by-line CSV report, providing a detailed summary of all consumer emails captured through Aerio

Apply Giveaways, Promotions & Discounts for a Group of Titles

We’ve added additional features to the “My Inventory” page, making it easier than ever to schedule giveaways, create promos and apply discounts for multiple titles at once!

• This feature helps you schedule in advance the start and end date of price changes and promotions for routine marketing campaigns.
• These bulk settings can be applied to a list of ISBNs, selected inventory, or all inventory within the Aerio dashboard on the “My Inventory” tab.

Export Hyperlinks to Book Pages & Previews for a Group of Titles

Conveniently export the unique hyperlinks for every book page and digital preview, with the click of a button.

• This will help you quickly pull the list of links you need for mass marketing campaigns.
• Use these hyperlinks anywhere online – buy buttons on websites, online ads, email marketing and newsletters – to create opportunities for consumers to click through, engage with content and make purchases.
• This export can be performed for a list of ISBNs, selected inventory, or all inventory within the Aerio dashboard on the “My Inventory” tab.
